Gender Equality Index

At APL Data Center, professional equality between women and men is at the heart of our CSR approach and our vision of human wealth.

We believe that equality is essential to building an inclusive and efficient work environment.

Every year, we carefully analyze the results of our Gender Equality Index, an essential tool for evaluating our commitment and implementing concrete actions in favor of professional equality.

With a final score of 81 points out of 100 for the year 2024, the results of 2024 highlight our progress while reminding us of the challenges that remain, particularly in terms of gender representation in the highest-paid positions.

The results obtained this year are as follows:

  • The gender pay gap: 31 points / 40
  • The gap in individual pay rise rates: 35 points / 35
  • The percentage of female employees who received a pay rise on their return from maternity leave: 15 points / 15
  • The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 employees with the highest pay: 0 points / 10

Although progress has been made, we know that equal pay and equal opportunities in the workplace require constant effort to ensure lasting change in our sector.

In order to make further progress, APL Data Center is committed to implementing a more inclusive HR policy, focused on promoting diversity at all levels of the company.

In particular, we will strengthen our relationships with schools and the promotion of our professions among female students, increase awareness-raising initiatives both internally and externally, and encourage women to apply for strategic positions.
