Gender Equality Index

At APL Data Center, professional equality between women and men is at the heart of our CSR approach and our vision of human wealth.
For the year 2025, we obtained an overall score of 82/100 on the Gender Equality Index.

Our commitment in figures:

  • The gender pay gap: 37 points / 40
  • The gap in individual pay rise rates: 25 points / 35
  • The percentage of female employees who received a pay rise on their return from maternity leave: 15 points / 15
  • The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 employees with the highest pay: 5 points / 10

This result continues to reflect the efforts made over several years to reduce disparities and strengthen equity within our company. It demonstrates a positive dynamic, while reminding us that professional equality is part of a process of continuous improvement.

We are therefore continuing our commitment to an inclusive HR policy, aimed at promoting diversity at all levels of the company and taking concrete action to increase the number of women in our professions, particularly in our operational sector.

In 2025, we initiated a partnership with the Elles Bougent association, which is committed to increasing gender diversity in technical and engineering professions. Through student fairs, presentations in middle and high schools, visits, and meetings with professionals in our sector, this initiative helps introduce young girls to our professions, break down stereotypes, and inspire vocations.

Through this action, we are actively participating in expanding our pool of female talent and sustainably strengthening gender diversity in our sector.
